Q. How can i request repairs ?

A. If you have a maintenance concern in your room or notice something in the building that needs to be addressed please request through here.

Q. How CAN I BOOK the Lounge/bbq pit?

ALL RESERVATION SYSTEM WILL BE CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19. for more, visit : FAQ FOR COVID-19

A. All you need to do is to 1) Check the availability 2) Pay the booking fee through adMIT one 3) Submit the reservation form, and you’re all set !

Q. is the heating not working?

A. There is a thermometer installed on each room together with the heating.  If the temperature is less than 68°F  (20 °C) please call facilities at 617-253-1500 to come and fix the issue.
